Due to the nature of digital files, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for downloadable products.
However, if you experience any issues—such as trouble accessing or downloading your files—just reach out and we’ll make sure you get what you need.


Physical Prints

We work with trusted print partners to ensure every order is beautifully made and safely delivered.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at why27shop@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


Please note:

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons like change of mind or wrong size selection.

  • Customized or personalized prints are non-refundable.
